If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your item(s) must returned your within 7 days of delivery or pickup date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

To initate the return process, click here to enter your A&B order number and email address or phone number used in your order. All returns must be submitted and approved prior to being shipped.

Upon submitting a request for return, you will receive an approval via email to return your items either in-store or in person. You will receive approval within 24 hours. DO NOT wait until the 7th day to initiate your return for either return method. Allow time for approval and to ship your package or return it to our store within business hours.

Mailed Returns: Package must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We encourage you to track your package until it's delivered back to us. Shipping fees are not refunded.

In-Person Returns/Exchanges: Shipped or pickup items can be returned or exchanged in-store for another item within 7 days of delivery/pickup date. Please check our store schedule to ensure that you can complete your return within the return window.

Returned items must be in their original condition (UNUSED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNDAMAGED) with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Additionally, please careful trying on your new items: Clothing returned stained (deodorant, makeup) and/or with fragrances/strong odors will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days to allow your return to be processed once we receive it. You will receive an email confirmations of your return and your store credit info. You also have the option to check on the status of your return within our Return Center.

Damaged/Defective Items: Please email us support@averiandblake.com if you receive an item that is defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt. Please also include your full name & order number, along with pictures and a description of the issue. We'll make it right.

Exchanges: In stock items cannot be held to replace your returned item. Any new items as a result of a return are considered a separate transaction.

In-Store Purchases: All items tried on and purchased in store are final sale.
